Most marked London, some Police buttons marked Firmin& sons and some plain buttons, some in sets and some singles. Nice assortment of antique brass buttons. The buttons are in over all nice condition. The majority do have a nice gilt patina.Please email me if you have any questions. A couple of the buttons do have some darkened patina. The buttons measure in size from 1/2" to a hair over 7/8" in diameter. They are not like the common hunt buttons with the hounds or fox pictures but are old and have been lost in time. The queen even hunted there! I would think the button's are all around this time period to early 1900. ![]() This club changed its name around the late 1885 to this name. The buttons are well made.Time period: I looked up one button: Enfield Chase Stag Hounds. ![]() The ones I pulled off were Firmin's or had a London back mark. I pulled a lot of them off and remounted them to look at their backmarks.
